President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari extends his initial 10-day leave and this time, Indefinitely!
He left Nigeria in January for London to “undergo routine medical check-ups” during a short holiday and was expected to resume work on February 6 But his Spokesman Femi Adelina reports that this vacation has been extended on the advice of his doctors. However, we are not told when the President will return.
This would make it the second time in less than a year he’s been there for medical treatment.
One time he visited London in June 2016 for treatment to what the presidency described as a persistent inner ear infection, which caused him to pull out of several scheduled bethrotals. But his latest visit, however, has been dogged by the rumours of his death. I guess only time would tell.
